Hello!

Welcome to the Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy (WWC). My name is Belinda Joseph-Pirame, and I am a fully qualified UKCP, BACP, and EMCC registered Psychotherapist, Executive Coach, and Consultant. I offer integrated coaching and workplace wellbeing consultancy to individuals and organisations, empowering them to enhance professional performance and personal wellbeing.

With 25 years of experience of helping clients within private, public, and charitable sectors, including 12 years of personal experience in senior leadership, I am deeply passionate about empowering people and organisations to thrive.

Coaching and Consultancy

I offer two unique services:

Integrated Coaching – Integrated Coaching, also referred to as blended coaching or therapeutic coaching, merging the clear, goal-focused structure of traditional executive coaching with the restorative, awareness-building elements of psychotherapy. It enables people to understand themselves more deeply, work through barriers and move towards meaningful, sustainable change. This approach creates space for reflection while still keeping momentum, helping individuals feel more grounded, capable and aligned in their work and life.

Between 35% and 53% of senior leaders report ongoing struggles with stress, burnout and mental health. Furthermore, 78% of professionals report that personal and mental health concerns regularly impact their work performance.

Workplace Wellbeing Consultancy – I work with employers to gather, evaluate and review employee wellbeing data and determine the current state of their organisation. These insights help shape practical strategies that strengthen healthy work culture, wellbeing and workforce productivity. This approach enables employers to measure and understand how their people feel and function at work, and to create conditions where meaning, purpose and wellbeing can grow across the organisation. Research shows that SMEs frequently underinvest in employee wellbeing. This is due to systemic barriers such as a lack of dedicated HR resources, financial constraints, and uncertainty about which initiatives to fund. 27% of SMEs and 47% of micro-businesses have no designated wellbeing budget.

Why I Work In This Way

I arrived at this way of working somewhat by accident. 12 years into my 25 years of work as a Psychotherapist, I noticed an increasing number of clients were seeking out my help with work related issues. They were sharing not only about professional issues, but about numerous personal challenges blocking their ability to work optimally.

Often, professionals, including leadership, were wrestling with personal challenges in private. These included stress, burnout, anxiety, lack of clarity and relational issues to name only a few.

It seemed clear to me that a powerful hybrid – an integration of psychotherapy and coaching needed to be on offer. And so I set about moving towards delivering integrated sessions I could deliver a tailored hybrid, effective at addressing challenges in a deeper, forward focused and structured way.

Coaching

Integrated Coach-Therapy for Professionals

One of the services I offer is integrated coaching, also known as therapeutic coaching or blended coaching. This holistic approach combines the goal‑oriented structure of traditional coaching with the reflective, insight‑building elements of psychotherapy. This innovative approach supports individuals through professional performance and personal well‑being issues, helping people create meaningful and lasting change.

Who I Coach

I coach leaders as well as employees across all levels of an organisation, including those handling challenging roles, managing career transitions, leading teams, running businesses, or coping with growing responsibilities and pressures. Clients are usually located in the U.K. but are also abroad.

The clients I serve tend to pursue coaching to overcome internal obstacles holding them back from being fully effective at work. These challenges can include stress, burnout, EDI challenges, overwhelm, anxiety, low confidence, overthinking, or imposter syndrome. Others encounter communication difficulties, lack clarity, or face complex or toxic workplace relationships. A significant number of them also seek support in achieving a healthier balance between their professional and personal lives.

My Philosophy

Our work together is collaborative, supportive and tailored to individual needs and goals. Sessions provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the challenges you face, identify what may be holding you back and develop practical strategies for positive change. By combining coaching techniques with deep psychological insight, integrated coaching helps clients better understand themselves while also taking considered and/or decisive action towards their goals.

For many, it offers support during times of change or uncertainty. For others, it creates space to reflect, reset, and cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. Alongside focusing on goals, growth and professional development, it also allows space to identify the patterns, beliefs or experiences that may influence how you think, feel and respond to challenges.

This deeper level of reflection can help create more sustainable and meaningful change over time.. Clients often report feeling clearer, more focused and better equipped to manage pressure and navigate challenges in a healthier and more constructive way. Many continue to apply the tools and insights gained during coaching long after sessions have ended, supporting lasting personal and professional growth.
