Integrated Coach-Therapy for Professionals
One of the services I offer is integrated coaching, also known as therapeutic coaching or blended coaching. This holistic approach combines the goal‑oriented structure of traditional coaching with the reflective, insight‑building elements of psychotherapy. This innovative approach supports individuals through professional performance and personal well‑being issues, helping people create meaningful and lasting change.
Who I Coach
I coach leaders as well as employees across all levels of an organisation, including those handling challenging roles, managing career transitions, leading teams, running businesses, or coping with growing responsibilities and pressures. Clients are usually located in the U.K. but are also abroad.
The clients I serve tend to pursue coaching to overcome internal obstacles holding them back from being fully effective at work. These challenges can include stress, burnout, EDI challenges, overwhelm, anxiety, low confidence, overthinking, or imposter syndrome. Others encounter communication difficulties, lack clarity, or face complex or toxic workplace relationships. A significant number of them also seek support in achieving a healthier balance between their professional and personal lives.
My Philosophy
Our work together is collaborative, supportive and tailored to individual needs and goals. Sessions provide a confidential and non-judgemental space to explore the challenges you face, identify what may be holding you back and develop practical strategies for positive change. By combining coaching techniques with deep psychological insight, integrated coaching helps clients better understand themselves while also taking considered and/or decisive action towards their goals.
For many, it offers support during times of change or uncertainty. For others, it creates space to reflect, reset, and cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. Alongside focusing on goals, growth and professional development, it also allows space to identify the patterns, beliefs or experiences that may influence how you think, feel and respond to challenges.
This deeper level of reflection can help create more sustainable and meaningful change over time.. Clients often report feeling clearer, more focused and better equipped to manage pressure and navigate challenges in a healthier and more constructive way. Many continue to apply the tools and insights gained during coaching long after sessions have ended, supporting lasting personal and professional growth.
